NVQs available to CF Members:

• Structural Post and Beam Carpentry Level 2 QUC 900                           

  From - £750 plus CITB registration fee            

For those new to Timber Framing or on an Apprenticeship minimum experience 18 months - 2 years

• Structural Post and Beam Carpentry Level 3 QUF 902                          

  From - £950 plus CITB registration fee

For the Experienced Worker - 3 years minimum

• Heritage Skills (Construction) - Wood Occupations  Level 3 QUG 870  

  From - £950 plus CITB registration fee

This qualification is very useful if you are involved with heritage work eg with The National Trust, The Ritz, House of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and any other pre 1925 structures.

£600 NVQ Achievement grant is available as long as you are a CITB Levy Payer and not behind on your payments.

There are price reductions available for outfits fielding 2 or more candidates. There are similar elements and units in all of these NVQ’s, you choose how long you would like the NVQ to take. If motivated, it can be completed in 2-3 months.

Gold cards can be applied for, once a Level 3 qualification is complete

NVQ registration is straight forward and can be started at any time
